Followers is a feature in the game released Last Thursday. Since most of the players who spend in the game has maxed out their Star Circles, NetEase decided to add another stupid feature and a mini-game for players to spend their cash in. The Followers feature is added to make a player gain more stats and get stronger in game, but mostly to annoy and confuse those who weren't already brainfucked by Crusaders of Light.

Moreover, the Follower feature is added by NetEase as a way to promote the practice of slavery.

How It Works

The Follower feature is the process of buying, summoning and otherwise acquiring a creature to keep for shits and giggles, invented by racists (NetEase) for racists (you). There are no rules about how to care for them or what to feed them, so you can pretty much do as you please. Slave labor is generally the way to go because slaves aren't paid, so all loot in the raid is your profit.

In general, though, it's a good idea to feed/train them or eventually they'll die and you'll have wasted your silvers and golds on a motionless corpse.

Tony - Some kid with issues.

Gruder - Former called Thing. His previous work was a member of Fantastic Four.

Edward - NetEase being too lazy and stole the design of Edward Scissorhands and too stupid to copy his name as well.

Sam - After getting steamrolled in Core of Rock raid, he was imprisoned and can now be purchased as slave.

Shar'vid - A frustrated chef.

Clefthoof - A hero tank who never took a shower.

Thonbeg Dredjforth - Some goblin just want to earn jew golds.

Larritus - A ranger who tried to murder the prince.

Coersica - That chick who guides players doing raids.

Hellclaw - FUCKING DOOMSQUADPH TOOK IT AGAIN.

Wufius - Formerly human, he was a Japanese fisherman who ate too much asshimi that he evolved into a bear.

Herrling - A Catholic priest who is fond of little boys like Tony.

Cumula - A female paladin. Now a slave because female.

Ironhorn - A former warrior. Became a slave after NetEase neglected and never buffed their class.

Kanal Stonehoof - A powerful furry.

Catherine - Another Paladin. Didn't make the Crusaders because being a lesbian is being an affiliate to Satan.

Lilia - A blonde ranger with cleavage because why not?

A shit game inside a shit game, this is where you use your slaves for amusement, watching them fight each other. The game is derived from Final Fantasy IV which was released in 1991. A turn-based game that was only good back in the early 90s. What a groundbreaking feature! Congratulations, NetEase!

In all seriousness, NetEase is working so hard to add good content in the game to give you more reasons to spend your money in the game instead of working to open a new area on the map.
